How do I secure your catering services for my wedding date?
We only book one or two full service events per day therefore we require an agreed upon contract- signed by both parties- and a deposit to secure your date.
How much is the deposit?
We require a 25% deposit down and the remaining balance to be paid in full- 3 days prior to your event date.
We have an idea as to what we would like to serve at our wedding. Do we need to select one of your menus listed or can we make substitutions/ additions to a menu?
Our menus are suggestions. We would enjoy meeting with you and creating the ideal menu for your event, using ideas from all types of sources- family recipes, bridal magazines, etc…
Do you provide tastings?
Yes we provide tastings for free! We ask that you have a menu decided upon before scheduling a tasting.
Do you provide linens, dishes, flatware, etc.?
We can provide all types of rentals, including tables, chairs, linens, dishes, etc…and will itemize these items on the estimate that we draft up for you event.
When do you need a final headcount?
We ask to have your final headcount by one week prior to your event date.
